Jan Open
We want to thank everyone who participated in the first round of Brewster’s Cup 2011, especially Darren Link, in his first competition ran a tight ship. We also want to thank all those who volunteered their time and effort to make this event go off without a hitch. If this first round is any indication of this competition year, it should be an exciting year. The caliber of beers entered in this first round was exceptional and hope this encourages all the brewers to strive to make their beer even better and at 43 beers, this was the largest number of beers entered for a January Open.
